1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the services provided by Equinox Garden Services, you're agreeing to be bound by these local regulations and service standards. We believe transparency is the root of any flourishing garden project, don't you? This agreement starts the moment we provide a quote or begin site analysis at your property.
2. Service Scope
Our commitment covers seasonal garden design, professional planting, and rigorous winterization. However, nature is unpredictable. We'll do our best to ensure plant survival, but we can't control extreme New York weather patterns. Have you considered our plant care maintenance plans to mitigate these risks?
3. Payment & Cancellation
We pride ourselves on fair pricing. For large installations, a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot in our seasonal rotation. Should you need to cancel, we ask for 48 hours' notice. It allows us to manage our crew's schedule efficiently. We're sure you understand the complexity of logistics in urban gardening.
4. Liability
Equinox Garden Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. While our pruning and rejuvenation services are executed with surgical precision, we aren't responsible for underground utilities not clearly marked by the property owner. Let's work together to keep your property safe.
